Industrial cleaning contracts in Ottawa

Ottawa has cold storage and logistics and last-mile depots spread across Ontario, and most of them share a procurement cycle most cleaning companies never see. That is where contracts change hands — not in a search result, but in the fortnight a facility decides its current cleaner is no longer worth the invoice. CleanReach maps that universe for you: every distribution centres and manufacturing plants in and around Ottawa that fits your crew capacity, with the named decision-maker attached to each.

In Ottawa the buyer is usually one of EHS leads, regional operations directors or plant managers. Getting that right matters more than the pitch — the same message sent to the wrong title dies at reception. We identify the individual, verify them, and open the conversation in your company's name so the relationship belongs to you from the first reply.

Industrial is equipment-led: scrubber-driven floor work covers huge areas fast, and margins of 40-52% are normal once machine time is priced correctly. Sites typically sign 24-36 month agreements with shift-based cover and clearly defined project work priced on top. Scope in Ottawa typically covers shift cleaning around production, ride-on floor scrubbing, welfare and locker areas, plus scheduled high-level and deep-clean projects.
