Gym and fitness cleaning contracts in Edmonton

Edmonton has independent gyms and boutique studios spread across Alberta, and most of them share a renewal window that opens quietly every year. That is where contracts change hands — not in a search result, but in the fortnight a facility decides its current cleaner is no longer worth the invoice. CleanReach maps that universe for you: every 24-hour franchise clubs and leisure and wellness centres in and around Edmonton that fits your crew capacity, with the named decision-maker attached to each.

In Edmonton the buyer is usually one of gym owners, club general managers or multi-site fitness operators. Getting that right matters more than the pitch — the same message sent to the wrong title dies at reception. We identify the individual, verify them, and open the conversation in your company's name so the relationship belongs to you from the first reply.

Fitness is a frequency vertical: smaller footprints cleaned daily or twice daily, with 42-52% gross margins because hygiene expectations rule out the cheapest bidders. Clubs usually sign 12-24 month agreements with early-morning or overnight windows and clear changing-room standards. Scope in Edmonton typically covers daily changing rooms and wet areas, equipment and touch-point disinfection, studio floors, plus periodic deep cleans of showers and matting.
